Zarhus OS: Base OS – Bluetooth support and PTS-related Zarhus OS code changes

This product aims to integrate Bluetooth support into the Zarhus OS and make necessary code changes (if feasible) to comply with PTS (Protocol Tuning Service) requirements. It involves researching Bluetooth SIG certification criteria, acquiring a certified Bluetooth dongle, and running the PTS test suite. The goal is to research if Zarhus OS and custom hardware meets Bluetooth SIG compatibility standards.
